With AudioConverter Studio you can convert audio files from any supported format to any other supported format. For example, convert FLAC to MP3. But the program also contains an Audio CD ripper tool, which allows you to convert CDA tracks to MP3 and other popular audio formats (like FLAC, APE, WMA, etc.).
Let's try to convert an Audio CD to MP3.
Insert the Audio CD you'd like to convert.
Open AudioConverter Studio. In its main window, click the arrow next to the 'Add files' button and select "Add Audio CD" from the list that appears:
This will bring a new window showing tracks from your Audio CD.
Normally the program detects the correct CD/DVD drive automatically, but you can also choose one manually from the 'Drive' dropdown list in this new window.
If your CD contains CD-Text information, it will be read and displayed by AudioConverter Studio. Otherwise, the program will try to fetch CD details from the internet. This is done automatically, too, if the corresponding option is enabled in your settings.
The album details will be saved as ID3 tags in the converted files.
By default, all CDA tracks are selected for ripping. You can unselect any tracks that you do not need by clearing the corresponding checkbox on the left, in the "Title" column.
When ready, click the "Add" button below the list to add the selected Audio CD tracks for ripping.
We are back to the main window, but now the list is populated:
On the right, select your preferred output format (1). We use MP3 for our example. Here, you can also adjust quality (bitrate, frequency, stereo/mono).
Then, choose a folder for your output files (2). This is where the converted MP3's will be saved.
Finally, click "Convert" on the toolbar (3).
AudioConverter Studio starts ripping Audio CD to MP3:
When done, it shows a message window:
Here, you can click "Open folder" to open the folder with your converted MP3 tracks in Windows Explorer.Download now!
Thank you! I am enjoying your product very much. It saves me so much time in my work where certain projects require large batch conversion of .WAV files to .WMA files. Previously my colleagues and I were doing this manually!Luca Lepori
