Files List

When you select an entry from your media collection or search for files and duplicates, the files list is created. It can contain tag data, media information, file size and so on. The order of the columns and their display can be set from a special window opened when you select “Columns Design...” in a pop-up menu. Preset columns grouping are part of the software and they help to switch quickly to the information you want to display – tags, media parameters (bitrate, frequency, file size), user information (category, tempo, mood, rating and so on).

For every file type there is a corresponding icon. If the file is in the database, but is not currently available from one of your computer drives (for example it’s on a CD which is not in the CD-ROM drive) above the icon will appear a green exclamatory mark . If the file has been changed and in the database there is outdated information you will see a red exclamatory mark . To synchronize with the database refresh the files.

Having selected the group of files you can play them, set rating, mood, tempo or category. You can also refresh tags and other information in the database, delete the files from database and from disks:
