When the format of files, which you prefer for storing ripped files, is chosen, you can select tracks for ripping from the selected CD ROM.
But before starting the ripping process, we recommend to download the description of tracks from the Internet, if AudioConverter Studio have not done this yet*! It can be done by pressing button with picture of CD on the right side from the list of CD drives. Program will query a CDDB server, which contains description of numerous CDs, and download the required information!
After that we recommend to set naming of tracks according to one of the options and select an option of saving MP3-tags, FLAC-tags, MPC-tags, OGG-tags or WMA-tags with CD description. That means you will receive MP3 files with meaningful names and containing complete ID3-tag information.
That’s it, and all you have left to do is to choose tracks for convertation into MP3, FLAC, OGG, MPC or WMA files in one of the following ways:
- Double click required track.
- Select a group of tracks using Ctrl and Shift keys and press the button with blue arrow.
Finally you can press “Convert” button and go to drink coffee! 😉
*By default, automatic CDDB query in the Options window is switched off.
Besides you can play an Audio CD without any additional programs. Simply press the button with green triangle.
