To adjust MP3 settings, click "Tools" - "Settings":
This will open the "Settings" window:
In the "Output format" area, click the "Setup..." button, or simply click the
"Output formats" tab at the top of the window:
Select desired frequency, mode, and bitrate values from the corresponding
