Read what users think about our software:mp3Tag is great, by the way. I am a bit of an addict when it comes to music. I download a lot of music files from blogs and many of them are poorly tagged and named. mp3Tag makes the process of making them more useful so very easy. I have hundreds of files from a time before I purchased mp3Tag and am now going through those files to fix them. I simply could not do this without mp3Tag. |
OptionsIn "Options"-window you can configure program's appearance and additional options. You can open it by selecting "Show options..." from main menu.
You should pay attention to "Autosave" and "Format of track #". The first option means that tags are automatically saved when user presses 'up' or 'down' arrow. It can be convenient when you have to edit tags of a large group of files. "Format of track #" defines the number of zeros that will precede actual track number when renaming or in "Track #"-menu of the main window. "Save fields history" means that values from tags will be stored in fields as history.
You can also associate mp3Tag with Windows folders and music files. After this you can run mp3Tag from context menu of Windows Explorer:
At the next page of "Options"-window you can change program's appearance by setting new skin and color scheme:
You can create your own color schemes for further use – by selecting colors. For additional notes see Skins. At the last page you can enter Proxy-server info:
