Do you have music files with meaningless names which
contain tags? Rename files using the information in the
tags, including musical and other
characteristics! You can use artist name, title,
album name, bitrate, genre and many more. You can
also set capitalization rules for renaming. |

You can easily organize your music collection using
advanced rename options. Select files (you can use
subfolders button for processing folders and their
subfolders), press Rename-button and fill format field
with '\' character. For instance, if you set
"%A\%L\%T" format, this will create folder with
"Artist"-field, subfolder with "Album"-filed and file
with name "Title"-field will be moved to this
path. '\%T' at the beginning of format field tells
mp3Tag to copy files with new name Title to the root
folder (set in main window). After renaming you can
delete empty folders. |
