I bought an Ipod Photo and when i realized that almost all of my mp3 files didnt have pictures or album cover/art i was quite upset. After searching the web for a good mp3 tag editor WITH ability to auto-download the cover art directly to the file, i found out that there's not a lot of good software that does this. Of Course you can use Musicmatch Jukebox or Windows Media Player to get pictures but they are not very good for tagging, auto-complete fields or batch renaming. I tried many programs but not one works as well as this one. I have more than 10 000 MP3 and i got them organized, renammed with correct tags and album cover very quickly using this software. It's great for my Ipod photo !!!

Watch what mp3Tag can do for you. Our demo videos are available to download in AVI and ZIP^* file formats, choose the one that you prefer. Download file and open it with Microsoft Windows MediaPlayer^(R) or similar multimedia player.

Demo 1 AVI ZIP	Select files and fill-in necessary fields in all music files with just a few clicks of mouse!
Demo 2 AVI ZIP	Do you have music files with meaningless names which contain tags? Rename files using the information in the tags, including musical and other characteristics! You can use artist name, title, album name, bitrate, genre and many more. You can also set capitalization rules for renaming.
Demo 3 AVI ZIP	You can easily organize your music collection using advanced rename options. Select files (you can use subfolders button for processing folders and their subfolders), press Rename-button and fill format field with '\' character. For instance, if you set "%A\%L\%T" format, this will create folder with "Artist"-field, subfolder with "Album"-filed and file with name "Title"-field will be moved to this path. '\%T' at the beginning of format field tells mp3Tag to copy files with new name Title to the root folder (set in main window). After renaming you can delete empty folders.
Demo 4 AVI ZIP	Hmm, can you have music files without tags in them? mp3Tag can help you to generate tags for these files using parts of a filename and/or folder's name. Of course, these files and folders must have proper names.
Demo 5 AVI ZIP	Do you want to delete unused MP3-tags from MP3-files? Not a problem at all! Select files and remove all these tags!
Demo 6 AVI ZIP	You can easily change the look of mp3Tag with skins!
Demo 7 AVI ZIP	If you have all files from an album, you can easily generate tags using information got from FreeDB.
Demo 8 AVI ZIP	Auto fill track numbers! This feature is useful for a music collection which has list of files in right order.
Demo 9 AVI ZIP	Import tags from Amazon.com! You need just to select the required files and input Artist and/or Album fields. Usually just of them is sufficient.
